I am not sure that you are communicating with your father and ex boyfriends brother, if you were there messages wld be far more positive. What happens whe we pass we drop our astral body which looks and has all the information of our earthly lives, these astral bodies hang around on the astral plane and take around 25 years to dis-intergrate, but neg entities can use them and try and communicate with loved ones, so mediums are convinced it is someones mother father etc. My advise would be to stop automatic writing for now. Learn how to protect your energies and reach up to the higher realms. When you read accounts of past life experiences by these so-called reincarnated souls through the process of regressive hypnotherapy, generally, although there are exceptions to this, they are sent down into their new life with three spirit guides. Usually, one of these is their Guardian Angel. Or so the lost soul is programmed to believe, anyway.

I will offer one real life experience from a mother who encountered these spirit guides through her youngest child. I'll call her Eve to protect her identity.

A couple of years ago, Eve became interested in spiritualism. She started reading books about angels and spirituality. Eve began to use the invocations in these books to ask the angels to come to her and help her, cleanse her soul and help her children too. She, quite innocently, involved her children in these invocations in the belief she was helping the children. Eve then joined a spiritualist church and began taking her children to these spiritual meetings and readings too. Shortly after all of this, Eve's youngest child, then aged eight years began to 'see' things. She began seeing three 'spirit guides', one of which, she was told, by the guides, was her Guardian Angel. Then she started receiving communications from these spirit guides about what they as a family should do, how to ask the angels to help take their souls away for healing and cleansing, and a whole lot more.

These spirit guides appeared friendly and helpful and were full of advice on how and what the family could do to help cleanse them and purify their souls.

To cut a long story short, when Eve began to question these spirit guides about their reality and beliefs by relaying her concerns through her daughter's communication with them, they at first agreed with her concerns about the reality they came from and even indicated that they were not happy with that reality at all. Eve learned from her daughter's communication with these spirit guides that they were in fact deceased (human) souls supposedly here to help them. Even the so-called 'guardian angel' was a human soul whose name was Eally. Eve became alarmed by the fact that these so-called spirit guides, one a guardian angel, readily accepted what she was relaying to them through her daughter.

This caused Eve to look into this whole matter a lot more. Her next-door neighbour had printed out all eight of these Shopping For Spirit articles, and after hearing Eve's story, passed them onto Eve to read. Eve and both of her children began to use the affirmations from chapters seven and eight to help protect her and her children from these lost souls. This is when these spirit guides and her daughter's guardian angel revealed themselves for what they truly are. They told Eve's youngest daughter that they were going to send thousands of demons to her mother, which greatly distressed the child. Eve told her daughter to tell them that she was free from fear and full of unconditional love. Her daughter came back down from her bedroom a little later, again in tears, because these spirit guides had told her that they were going to kill her mother. The child was frightened and deeply upset by this. When Eve went up to her youngest child's bedroom she found that deodorant and an ornament had been thrown onto the bed in some kind of poltergeist way. Eve and her two children slept in another bedroom for a few nights and used Equilibra's Universal Harmonisers, repeating the 'affirmations' many times during the days and nights that followed. The so-called 'spirit guides' left the children alone but Eve was targeted mainly in her sleep. After about a week things settled down and Eve's youngest child is now back in her own bedroom.

So what can we make of all this? Well, as long as we do what these spirit guides tell us, they are fine and dandy, playful, friendly and helpful. Just like the reincarnated souls are to the children they are trying to befriend to enact a full meld with the body, as we covered in the last chapter. However, when these spirit guides are ignored or exposed, they reveal their true nature. This is, from a spiritual perspective, complete imbalance and pure nasty by nature. They will then always resort to using fear to try and control the people involved. In this case, threatening to kill the mother puts fear into the child and the mother then fears for her daughter too. Fortunately Eve understood what was going on, remained firm, and focused and kept a level head throughout, explaining as much as she felt she could about what was happening to her children. This helped her and her children to come through this terrifying event relatively unscathed, yet much wiser for the experience. As Eve said to me, as awful as it was, she was pleased to have first hand experience of what these so-called spirit guides are really like. As she said to me, belter to know now than when it is too late to do anything.

I read your experience just a moment ago, Like you i was suddenly opened up in the year 2008 following the death of a loved one,It was like a nightmare i was hearing up to 16 different voices at a time,I had voices representing my ancestors with historical information, likewise an aunt , mother in the spirit world. I was in Africa could not comprehend what was happening, All my attempts to find a solution led me to believe that if the voices were not the voices of Jesus they were demonic, I fasted and prayed the situation remained the same. Hi I have done writhing too. I have a celtic cross that I bless and ask for only good spirits to come and ask to guide a light with us, but if you keep a port open they will come through. say Arc angel micheal 3 x and the walk beside me and help me through this problem you want help with ( do not ask for material objects as he will only guide you in the direct path as if if its a wants for ie money ect he wont help) then say theankyou 3 times and godbless. It is great that you have opened up and connected this way so quickly through automatic writing. So begins a wonderful world of discovery for you. However, you are currently communicating with fourth dimensional entities and whilst this is neither bad nor good ( and can be both or a mixture of the two - getting truthful and false messages ) the point here is that these entities have their own agendas and opinions. The fact that they are "in spirit" does not make them any more an expert on your life and how to live than your next door neighbour or the lady you meet in the corner shop. You have opened to those realms though, which is just fantastic and the way to go right now at this time on Earth. Connecting is vital at the moment. So thank your Father and your exes brother for their communications and move upwards to the dimensions above the fourth where you will connect with your higher self and meet a whole host of benevolent and loving energies. ( Living sacred geometry, Extra Terrestrials, Angels, Spirit Guides, Ancestors, past and future versions of yourself etc ) You will know when you can trust an entity but learning to work with them and trust them is all part of the journey and they welcome your discernment. I would not open to spirit with out protecting myself, the problem being that spirit can say they are anyone, So I would not beleive them. I would close myselfdown protect and not do any writing. Do you sit in circle? if not perhaps find one or someone who can help you with closing down and protecting. you need to have more knowledge before working in that way. So please look after yourself......

i think this is the time when really you have to think of yourself and dont listen to them ! after all in my experience no man is ever good enough when it comes to fathers ! listen to your heart, this is your life ! if you marry him it is you that will live with the consequences not them ! think you should put down the pen down and think is this the person you want to grow old with, if you were ill would they be by your side ? if they were ill would you be there for them ?if you can answer yes then thats the man for you !

You've received some very wise comments already. It is dangerous and exhausting being 'open' all of the time. If you are getting mixed messages I would suggest that perhaps you are not connecting fully with an honest source. You have been told that you know your guides, but there is something in the way you write that suggests that you haven't yet developed a working relationship. You will come to know when these people are with you because you will feel a certain way each time they connect with you. For example some people feel a little light-headed or sense an ailment that used to trouble the person in their earthly existence. It can be difficult to shut down when you have been told you have loved ones nearby because we don't like to feel that we are shutting them out. I would respond to that by saying quality is better than quantity - by taking the time to ground yourself properly and shutting yourself down to spirit communication after meditation/visualisation etc. you will find that the messages become clearer to you. There are other ways they can tell you they're supporting you, like guiding you to do things or go places you wouldn't normally do and you can experience many happy 'coincidences' that way. Like Nicky said, in this case it is as simple as looking inside yourself. If you're in two minds, what is that telling you? Perhaps it will help to make a list of the pros and cons, seeing things visually might make them easier for you to sort out. Brightest blessings to you x

If this is happening every time you pick up a pen then this is not good news, you are open all the time...
You need to be able to close down your link properly, closing all your chakras.
When you want to open to spirit remember to ground yourself, i do this by thinking of tree roots growing from my feet going into the earth and tying around a huge rock that is deep inside the earth, then open my chakras. To close i do the reverse....

My advice to you for what it's worth would be to look within for the answers you seek. Ask your higher self the truth of the situation, in my experience learning to trust and follow your intuition is the way forward your higher self knows the truth and will never lie to you but there is a whole host of spirits and humans out there who will!
